Welcome.

Let's take three minutes to breathe deeply and let go of stress.

Begin by getting comfortable,

Letting your body be supported by whatever you're sitting on or laying on.

Maybe you're standing.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your hands rest.

And if it feels right,

You can close your eyes or you can lower your gaze.

Now we're going to take a deep breath in through the nose.

And exhale slowly through the mouth.

Let's breathe together with a simple rhythm of an even breath.

Inhaling for four and exhaling for four.

Let's try it together.

Breathing in for two,

Three,

Four.

And out two,

Three,

Four.

In two,

Three,

Four.

Out two,

Three,

Four.

In two,

Three,

Four.

Out two,

Three,

Four.

Keep going at your own pace.

With each breath out,

Imagine stress melting away.

Let your body soften.

Let your mind begin to settle.

Breathe in calm.

Breathe out tension.

There is nothing you need to fix about yourself or how you feel.

There's nowhere you need to be.

Just here and your breath.

Take one more deep breath in.

And a long,

Full exhale out.

Let the breath return to its natural rhythm now.

Feel the effects of even just a few quiet moments.

You've just taken three minutes to breathe deeply and let go of a bit of stress.

Thank you so much for being here.

Have a good day.
