This time is for you.

Now gently place your focus,

Your awareness on the area of your heart.

You feel it beating steady and faithful,

And you may sense it as a warm glow in the center of your chest.

Your dear heart is more than an organ.

It is a wellspring of life,

Wisdom,

Compassion,

And coherence.

Your heart has been with you through everything.

Every joy,

Every sorrow,

Every moment of love and loss and celebration.

It holds your deepest truths.

Take a breath and take a moment to feel gratitude for this purposeful companion,

This partner of yours.

Now imagine,

Visualize,

Feel,

Or see your sweet heart as a radiant lantern glowing softly.

With each breath,

This light grows warmer,

Filling your chest and expanding outward into your whole being.

You are bathed in the warmth of your heart's loving essence.
