Welcome to five minutes for your immune system.

And this is an immune system appreciation and resilience visualization.

So let's begin by closing your eyes and take a gentle breath in.

Exhale it slowly and with it,

Begin to let go of any tension in your body.

Again,

Breathe in and out.

Once more,

Breathe in and out.

This is your time to return to your body and meet it with kindness.

Now we gently bring your awareness to your immune system.

The quiet guardian working within you day and night on your behalf.

Most of the time it asks for nothing in return.

It shields you,

Repairs you.

It learns,

Remembers,

And responds to the world with incredible intelligence.

You may not know all of its parts by name.

Some of them are the white blood cells,

Your lymph system,

Your bone marrow,

Thymus,

Gland,

All your glands,

Your spleen,

Your gut flora,

And more.

Each is a part of being loyal guardians,

Standing watch and adjusting with care.

Even when you're resting,

Especially when you're resting,

Your immune system is not.

It is a circle of unseen allies,

Always working in your favor to bring balance.

Let's imagine now that a warm light is washing over your body,

From your head to your toes with every breath.

It's flowing into your blood,

Into your tissues,

All the way down to the hidden corners of your lymphatic rivers.

Take a breath.

And from there,

Send gratitude to this beautiful inner network.

Perhaps send a golden or silver or white,

Violet or clear light into every cell.

Do that now.

Feel that light gently bathing your immune system with love,

With regeneration,

And with your thanks.

Take a soft,

Gentle breath in and out.

Now expand that light to surround your physical body with an aura of loving protection.

You might imagine this soft light in any areas of your body that are overworked,

Especially during times of stress,

Lack of rest or self-doubt.

This light is a balm reminding your immune system,

I am on your side too.

Take a breath.

Now ask inwardly,

What could I give back to my immune system?

You'll know.

Perhaps it's deeper sleep or more water,

A walk in the trees,

Laughter or rest or boundaries.

Maybe just a little more time for joy and pleasure.

Whatever you hear or sense,

Welcome it with love.

Let every part of your immune system hear,

Thank you.

Thank you for defending,

Remembering,

Healing and learning.

I honor your work.

Now let this final affirmation ripple through you.

My immune system and I are partners in wellness.

I nourish it and it protects me.

My immune system and I are partners in wellness.

I nourish it and it protects me.

My immune system and I are partners in wellness.

I nourish it and it protects me.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back now.

Stretch your beautiful body and take this sense of partnership into your day.

And remember,

Your cells are always listening.

Blessings,

Dear one.
