Good morning.
Thank you for choosing this talk on mindfulness.
In nature.
I often start my day.
Sitting outside.
Just as daylight begins.
Listening to the birds.
Watching the clouds come and go,
Just as our thoughts and emotions come and go in the same way.
So much of life can be found in the present moment.
All the beauty around us helps us to remember what's here.
In any mindful moment.
We start to notice the little things,
The small wonders.
The beauty and the refreshing part of.
Nature and life itself.
Sitting outside in nature.
Was like an appointment with life.
Where we can let go of all that we're holding in our mind and get lost in what's truly here to be felt.
This type of meditation and mindfulness is just following your senses.
You can feel the cool breeze on your skin.
Look at all the beauty of the trees and the plants and the flowers.
Hear the birdsong.
And the many different variations all around you.
And just the felt sense of what's in your body as you sit here.
I often find moments of awe.
And the things that I see that I miss.
When I'm not present.
It's a way to start your day too.
Clear the thoughts and the emotions and remember that.
There's so much here for us to watch and engage in our lives.
Than it can bring.
Happiness,
Peace,
And joy.
So I hope you find a space like that for yourself.
And spend just a few minutes.
Connecting to the beautiful world around you.
Namaste.
