Meditation.
Accepting unacknowledged family members and unborn brothers and sisters,
Souls.
Sometimes within a family's history.
There are people who are never spoken about,
People whose names have been forgotten.
People who were never acknowledged.
Perhaps they were relatives whose destinies were difficult.
Perhaps they were children who never came into this world.
Perhaps they were brothers or sisters you never had the chance to know.
Perhaps they were people whose stories remained hidden in silence.
Perhaps they were people whose loss was too painful to remember.
According to some family constellation and systemic approaches,
Unacknowledged family members may sometimes be unconsciously represented by children born later or by other family members.
In such cases,
A person may feel as though they are not fully living their own life,
As though they are carrying emotions they do not understand.
Repeating destinies they never chose,
Searching for something without knowing what it is.
Today,
We will investigate nothing.
We will speculate about nothing.
We will blame no one.
We will try to prove nothing.
We will simply open our hearts to all those who belong within our family lineage.
Now return to your ancestral hall,
To the familiar space of light and peace.
At the center of the hall flows the source of the Creator's light.
Standing beside it are the spirits of your mother and father.
Behind them stands your entire ancestral line.
Grandparents,
Great-grandparents,
And all those who lived before you.
You can feel their love.
Their wisdom.
Their presence.
And then you notice something unusual beyond the circle of your lineage,
Further away from everyone else.
Stands shadows.
Silent figures,
Lonely silhouettes.
Those whom no one seems to see.
Those whose names were forgotten.
Those whom no one spoke about.
Those who were never acknowledged.
Perhaps among them are unborn children.
Perhaps brothers or sisters.
Perhaps relatives whose destinies were difficult,
They wait quietly.
Not for punishment.
Not for blame,
Only for a place.
Only for acknowledgement.
Now your entire lineage turns toward them.
Mothers,
Fathers,
Grandparents,
Great-grandparents.
Your entire ancestral line looks upon them with love.
And together they speak with one voice.
We see you.
You belong to our lineage.
You are part of our family.
You have your place among us.
Feel these words.
Feel them reaching every unacknowledged soul,
Watch as their faces begin to glow,
As loneliness dissolves,
As separation fades away,
As the long wait to be seen finally comes to an end.
And slowly they begin to walk forward.
One by one.
Into the circle of light,
Into their place,
Into their family.
Now the circle becomes whole.
There is no one left outside.
No one forgotten.
No one excluded.
Everyone has a place.
Everyone belongs.
Everyone is seen.
Everyone is remembered.
Now look upon this.
It shines brighter than ever before.
The Creator's light flows through everyone,
Through the ancestors,
Through the parents,
Through you,
Through those who are forgotten.
Through those who have now returned to their place.
And you begin to feel something within you relaxing,
A release,
As though you no longer need to carry anything for others.
As though you no longer need to keep searching,
Because everyone is now.
In their rightful place.
Perhaps for the first time,
You can feel that you no longer need to carry what never belonged to you.
That you no longer need to live for others.
That you no longer need to represent someone else's destiny.
That you no longer need to protect family secrets.
That you no longer need to be the one unconsciously carrying another person's story.
They are now seen,
They are now acknowledged.
They now have their place.
And you are free to return to yours.
To your life.
To your choices,
To your relationships,
To your dreams,
To your path.
And now?
At the center of the circle,
A radiant body of water appears.
Within it,
Dolphins emerge.
They swim through the light.
They dive beneath the water.
We rise above it.
Then movements are graceful,
Free,
Joyful.
As though the entire lineage is celebrating the return of wholeness.
Say silently within your heart.
I acknowledge all members of my family lineage.
Everyone has a place.
Everyone belongs.
Everyone is seen.
Everyone is remembered.
If I have carried what never belonged to me,
With love I return it to where it belongs.
And with love.
.
.
I return to my own place,
To my life.
To my past.
I allow love to flow through my entire ancestral line.
Feel the truth of these words.
Feel the peace.
Feel the wholeness.
Now your entire lineage sends you a blessing.
Their voices merge into one.
Thank you for seeing everyone.
Thank you.
For acknowledging everyone.
Thank you for restoring a place to those to whom it belongs.
