Get into a comfortable position.
Maybe laying down.
Maybe sitting up.
Whatever feels best for you.
Allowing yourself to settle.
Notice your breathing.
Feel the air working its way through your body.
Feeling the stomach rise and fall as you exhale.
We're going to take three nice deep breaths.
Inhaling deep into the belly.
Exhaling fully.
Inhaling relaxation.
Exhaling any worries.
The biggest inhale yet.
With a big sigh exhaling all of that out.
Now imagine yourself.
In a meadow.
Flowers of your favorite colors everywhere.
Bright blue sky.
Birds chirping.
One of the birds comes over to you.
Flying around you cheerfully in song.
You raise your hand as the bird lands on you.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
Joy.
Raise.
Appreciation.
After a moment it flies off.
Towards a forest at the edge of the meadow.
You decide to follow your new friend.
Taking steps closer to the forest.
You notice a path formed.
Feeling drawn to it.
You walk towards it now.
As you enter the path.
You can't help but feel.
Like this is leading you somewhere you're supposed to be.
Looking at the surroundings.
At the light coming through the trees creating beautiful beams that light up your path.
Your new bird friend is sitting on a tree branch.
Under that branch just in front of you,
You notice five steps going down to another area of forest.
As you approach the staircase.
You feel a wave of calm energy flow through you.
As you continue down,
You relax with every step.
Bye.
For.
Slipping deeper into relaxation.
Too.
You continue on your path.
As you come to a small opening nestled into the forest,
With a pond in the middle.
You notice this pond is completely clear.
You dip your toe in the water and find it to be quite warm.
Your bird friend comes over to you again,
And then lands in the pond.
You take a few steps in.
Feeling a sense of ease settling in.
And decide to fully submerge yourself As you float on the surface,
Imagine everything that no longer serves you being drawn out of your body in black ink.
Being washed away into this healing pond.
You feel the sun shining down on you.
Bringing in new energy as the water pulls any stress,
Tension,
Fears.

.
Or worries out of you.
Taking a nice deep breath,
You inhale that warm golden sunlight.
Picture that golden light starting at the top of your head.
Working its way slowly down your body.
Down the arms.
The chest.
Stomach.
Down the hips and pelvis.
The legs.
All the way to the feet.
Light is bursting out of you now.
Feeling so energized,
You decide it's time to get out.
Walking back through the path,
Feeling so joyful of this experience.
Reaching the meadow.
You sit on a giant rug.
Your new friend coming over one last time.
And flying off.
Placing a hand over your heart.
Feeling so much gratitude for this time you spent with yourself.
Starting to come back to your body now.
Take a few deep breaths in.

And when you're ready Slowly blink open your eyes.
