Today I will be guiding you through a summer meditation.
You are welcome exactly as you are in this moment,
Please make yourself comfortable in a way that feels right for you.
Know that you can return to your breath at any time during the meditation.
Tune in to what feels right for you and your body in this moment.
You know yourself best,
Let's begin.
Feel into the space where your body meets the earth.
Let the ground hold you in this moment.
Take three deep breaths.
Feel the energy from this space move up through your body,
All the way up to your crown and let it flow out into the world around you.
Feel into this space where you and the air around you meet.
Imagine moving into a space full of all the things that remind you of summer.
Be curious about what you can sense and feel in this space.
What can you see,
Smell,
Touch,
Taste,
Hear?
What colors come to view?
Explore what this space is for you.
How does your body move through this space,
How does it connect?
What feelings does this space bring to your body?
How does this feel when your body meets and welcomes this summer energy?
Is this energy guiding you to embrace certain feelings?
Is the energy guiding you to do something,
Or to not do something?
Surrender to this summer energy for a moment and hold space for what messages arise for you.
When you're ready,
Begin to farewell this space of summer you have visited,
Knowing that any energy or power you have experienced here may be tapped into at any moment you choose.
As we leave this place and return to the present,
Start bringing awareness to your surroundings.
Feel into the gratitude for the time you have given yourself here today to be.
Take three deep breaths as you guide yourself back into your body and into the space around you.
Be gentle with yourself as you move back into the world and into the present.
