Hello,

This is Kimber's New Frequency.

Welcome back for another guided meditation.

This is a five-minute meditation to help center ourselves when we're feeling spaced out,

Like our energy is going in too many different places,

And we want to bring that energy back to ourself and back to our body.

So just finding yourself in a comfy,

Cozy,

Either seated or lying down position,

And taking a gentle breath of fresh,

New oxygen into the body,

And as you release that breath,

You feel your body sinking down slightly more,

Taking a breath of fresh,

New vital life energy into the body,

And releasing anything that is not serving you here and now,

Breathing in new energy in the form of oxygen,

And allowing your body to sink down and relax further as you exhale,

Just following these breaths as you breathe in fresh,

New vital life energy in the form of oxygen,

And you allow that breath to exhale,

Releasing anything that is no longer serving you,

Following your natural rhythm of breath,

Noticing if you're breathing in through your nose or breathing in through your mouth,

Continuing that breath,

And as you do,

Feeling your body here and now and where it's making a connection with the surface of the earth,

Whether that's on a furniture,

On the ground,

Just feeling where your body is connecting down with that earth,

And your sit bones,

Your feet,

Your back,

Just noticing where your body is making contact with that beautiful Mother Earth energy,

Now bringing your hands to your solar plexus,

Which is right under your breast bone,

In the center of your chest,

And when you find that space that's right above your stomach organ,

That yellow solar plexus chakra,

Take a nice breath into your hands,

Feeling it rising,

And exhaling and feeling your hands going inward slightly,

Breathing into your hands,

Feeling that willpower,

Feeling that self here,

And exhaling as you feel the rhythm of your hands falling slightly inward towards you,

And as you continue this breath right here in your solar plexus,

You recognize that this is your willpower,

This is your center of self here in the physical body,

This is your literal will to survive,

As you bring food into this beautiful stomach organ of your solar plexus here,

Just allowing that breath to flow in and out,

Knowing that you are centering yourself here and now back into your body,

Back into your energy,

Back into your solar plexus,

And as you feel yourself connected with the Earth,

Gently give your toes and your fingers a little wiggle,

And rock your head from side to side,

Opening your eyes and just noticing the difference that you're feeling from when you sat down first to do this meditation to now.

Thank you for joining me,

And thank you for showing up for you.

See you in the next meditation.
