Relaxed guided breath throughout your 12 minute meditation invites you to gently bring focus back to your breath as you slow down, chill, and sink into this cozy scene. Recorded in my own vehicle, you experience all the sounds of opening up the back door to the ocean waves, the birds, the breeze, and the relaxing essence of the negative ions that the beach provides. Step into your cozy, rainy day, van life experience. Relax, breath, and reset.

Transcript

It's a windy,

Rainy day at the beach and you're curled up in the back of a cozy van set up.

And the back of the van is open to the elements,

Open to the breeze that is gently rolling in over your skin,

Into the drizzle of rain outside the vehicle,

While all your luxuries are right here with you in this container,

In this vehicle,

Which is your sweet van on this journey.

You're wrapped up,

Cozy in your blanket,

You have your favorite sweater on,

And on your lap is your favorite book.

It's a book that you have really dove into and have really been enjoying,

One of those books where,

When you're doing other things through the day,

You start reminiscing about the characters,

About the storyline,

And wondering what's going to happen next,

As if it's your life or the life of somebody close to you that you're following,

And you're immersed.

You hear the traffic going by,

Gently,

As you gaze out at the horizon on the ocean line.

The waves are crashing up against the rocks,

Creating huge splashes,

And it's the season where the whales are migrating,

And there have been some whale sightings over the past couple days,

And you're excited at the prospect of catching one of them flipping their tails and spraying water into the sky.

The sun is just peeking through some of the clouds,

And it's making this celestial light in the sky,

Where the contrast between the clouds and the overcast sky is allowing these rays of light to just beam through,

Right down onto the water,

Right down onto the sand,

And right down onto the marshes that are right there on the land.

And as you gaze out,

You see the natural circle of life that is happening,

As the birds dive down into the water and catch their fish,

As the little land birds waddle and run their little legs on the shore,

Catching little sand crabs,

And that water just endlessly allowing itself to ebb and flow,

As you take a gentle breath of that fresh sea air into your lungs,

And as you exhale,

You feel your muscles beginning to sink down,

Relaxing.

And it doesn't matter at this moment what else has been happening in life,

Because right now you're here,

You're cozied up,

You have everything that you need with you,

And you have this beautiful moment here,

Right in front of the beach,

That salty sea air that you can feel tangibly,

It has a heaviness to it that allows you to ground down,

As you feel the negative ions that are in the air,

All these super grounding,

Potent,

Anti-inflammatory negative ions,

That allow us to ground down further,

To relax,

That give us that,

Ahhh,

Moment,

When we're at the beach,

When we look out at the water.

Not only the visuals of the meditative waves crashing in and out of the shore,

And the wildlife gracefully passing by,

Also the very real electron exchange that happens when we are near the ocean.

And as you take a breath of that fresh new sea air into your lungs,

And you exhale,

You feel your muscles sinking down,

Letting go,

And releasing a little more.

Do you hear the seagulls in the distance?

See the pelicans on the pier?

And you know those whales are right out there offshore somewhere,

Talking to each other,

Sending their messages through sonar,

In that vast openness of water,

Where all possibilities exist.

And as you breathe in another fresh breath of fresh sea air,

And you exhale,

And you feel your muscles sinking down even further.

You feel those negative ions beginning to have the exchange within your system,

Where you felt inflammatory responses in your system,

Aches and pains.

Suddenly,

They're feeling less loud.

As you breathe in the fresh air of the ocean,

And you exhale,

And you relax down.

And you feel your body opening up.

You feel space being created,

Where there was constriction not too long ago.

You hear the chirping of the birds,

And you see the crashing of the waves.

And you feel that negative ion exchange that is occurring right now in your system.

As you feel the coziness,

And the calmness,

And the relaxation sinking in.

Feeling the weight of the book on your lap.

Feeling the coziness of the blankets around you,

Keeping you nice and toasty warm.

And you breathe in that beautiful fresh air.

The ocean is here providing you today.

Feeling the waves out in the distance,

And their power,

And their beauty,

And their grace.

As you notice these qualities within yourself,

How powerful you are,

How beautiful you are inside and out.

And how graceful you can be with yourself,

When you allow yourself some space to relax,

To create ease in your system.

Allowing yourself to recharge.

Allowing the ease to come in with those negative ions.

Feeling that charge that is shifting in your system.

And as you gaze out to the waves,

Those beautiful sun rays coming through the clouds.

And the birds diving and crashing into the waves to catch those fish.

And the little birds on the shore,

Their cute little waddles,

As they catch their sand bugs.

And as you allow yourself to be in this beauty,

With grace,

Collecting your power.

So that as a new day arises,

A new moment arises,

You are able to come through from this moment,

Recharged,

Reset,

Rebalanced.

Literally a new you.

And as you allow yourself to take this into your body and carry this with you through the rest of your day,

Regardless of where you're at.

You take in that breath of fresh new sea oxygen,

Allowing it to fill your lungs with new vital life energy.

And exhaling and releasing what is no longer serving you.

And you allow yourself to sit and relax as long as you need.

Allowing yourself to be in this cozy space with all that you need.

And you're in your sweet cozy van by the sea with the rain and the drizzle.

And this amazing book that you have here with you,

Knowing how powerful you are,

How beautiful you are inside and out,

And how recharged you are already feeling.
