This 10-minute meditation is for those moments when your mind feels busy, overactive, and full of “what ifs”. In my soothing British male voice, I’ll guide you through a simple practice to calm an anxious, racing mind and soften feelings of stress and overwhelm. We begin by gently arriving in the body and using the natural breath as an anchor. From there, we notice physical sensations, acknowledge any anxiety or tension, and bring kind awareness to the stream of thoughts without trying to fix or fight them. Then, we rest attention at the centre of the forehead as a single point of focus while repeating a few steady, supportive thoughts such as “I can handle this” and “one step at a time”. There are no background sounds, just clear, quiet guidance to help you reset, relax, and create a little more spaciousness in your day.
