Welcome,

All you need to do for the next two minutes is soften.

If it feels comfortable close your eyes or simply let your gaze rest gently.

Take a slow breath in and as you breathe out allow your face to soften.

Unclench your jaw,

Release your forehead,

Let your shoulders drop and now bring the faintest hint of a smile to your lips.

Not forced,

Not big,

Just gentle.

A small signal to your body that it's safe to ease.

Notice how even the slightest smile changes the way you feel,

How it softens your breath,

How it lifts your mood,

How it invites a little lightness inside.

And with each breath let that soft smile spread through you into your chest,

Into your belly,

Into the whole of you.

This is the power of a simple smile,

Always available,

Always yours to return to.

Now take one last slow breath in and a longer breath out.

And as you gently open your eyes carry this soft smile with you into the rest of your day.

Sending love.
