Hello my friends and welcome to this meditation.
Find a comfortable seat and when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes or softly lower your gaze.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Another grounding breath in and exhale.
My friend,
I want you to know that you are doing great.
No matter what your day looks like,
No matter how long your to-do list is,
And no matter what you've crossed off that to-do list,
You are doing amazing things.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
I invite you to repeat after me,
Either out loud or in your head.
I am doing great.
I am being exactly as productive as I need to be.
I will honor this season of my life.
I will give myself grace and extra love.
I am so proud of how far I've come.
I am doing great.
Deep breath in.
Release.
There's a quote I love that says,
Just because you are capable of anything,
Does not mean you are required to do it all.
And certainly not all at once.
Deep breath in,
Absorbing those words.
And exhale.
Everything is perfectly on time.
Whatever you accomplish today is more than enough.
What you are doing day to day is meaningful.
The little things can wait.
It's the big things that matter.
And those are the areas that you shine.
You are doing great,
My friend.
Deep breath in.
And release.
I invite you to take the palm of your hand and put it on your heart.
Send yourself some love.
Send yourself some kindness.
Maybe say a few meaningful words to yourself.
And exhale.
Thank yourself for showing up.
Deep breath in.
Exhale.
As you enter into the rest of your day,
Continue to move with this self-love,
This self-acceptance,
And this kindness towards your own being.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Coming back into this space.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
