Notice how your body feels right now.
Noticing any aches,
Any pains.
And also notice any areas that feel okay.
And now turn your attention to your breathing.
Let's take some slow deep breaths together.
We breathe in for a count of four and out for a count of four.
So let's begin.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe out,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Within,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Without,
Two,
One.
And keep that nice slow breathing rhythm going.
And you can stop the counting.
As you're breathing in,
Imagine you're breathing in.
A magical gold evening light.
And as you breathe out.
And let your body relax a little more.
So you breathe in,
In comes the magical healing light.
And notice where in your body it wants to flow.
Does it go to certain parts?
Does it fill your whole body?
Every time you breathe in.
See yourself breathing in that light.
And as you breathe out.
Imagine you are breathing out the coolness from your body.
Maybe you can see it leaving your body.
Maybe it has a color to it,
Perhaps a gray.
Green.
So with each breath in,
We're breathing in the healing at light and each breath out blows a little more poorlyness out and away from you.
Each breath in,
And a small magic light into your body.
And each out-breath blows poorliness and discomfort away.
As you breathe in and out,
You notice how your body is feeling lighter.
Movements.
With every out breath,
Notice that softness deepening.
Keep going like this for a little while seeing that light coming in in that soft mixed medium project.
After you finish listening to this,
You can start to listen to your body.
If it feels like getting up,
Moving around,
Getting a drink.
And do that.
If it feels like staying here,
Continuing to relax,
Having a little sleep or some rest,
Then do that.
Your body knows what it needs.
Your body knows how to make you better.
You are feeding it good,
Healthy energy and thoughts.
