In the previous episode I discussed the fifth consideration within the Teach Love dimension called Choose Love in Every Moment.
In this 35th episode we will explore the sixth consideration within the Teach Love dimension called Surrender to Source.
As always,
First prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a deep nourishing breath and state aloud,
I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness with ease and grace.

Surrender to Source.
Turn yourself in to this powerful nourishing and healing space.
Have you ever had a moment where with deep intent you are focusing on something and you get a block?
Those times when you can't find the solution or the answer no matter how hard you try?
So you step away from what you are doing and you let go,
You surrender.
This stepping away from something to get a clear perspective with a fresh set of eyes is a form of surrender.
You are letting go of trying to fix it and are surrendering to the will of life.
You may find that in this stepping away,
In this surrender,
The answer comes out of thin air.
So you jump with excitement and run off to continue your works.
Surrendering to Source is a similar concept.
When life gets bumpy and things seem overwhelming and you're unsure what to do,
Surrender to Source.
Let go of trying to figure things out or to fix them.
Let go of the thoughts and attachments to them.
Allow them to dissolve and allow yourself to surrender.
It's like surrendering your body to your bed when it's time to go to sleep and let go of holding on.
You let go of controlling.
You give all the weight of your body to the bed and you let go of this waking state.
Let go of the pain,
The suffering,
The fears.
Give it to God.
Surrender to Source and allow the weight to release from your being.
When you surrender to Source in this way,
You open the space for miracles,
For answers and solutions to come.
You will gain more clarity and more peace of mind.
Give yourself permission to surrender.
There is no need to try to figure it all out on your own.
Source is always there to guide you.
If you are afraid to surrender,
Ask yourself why you are afraid.
What belief is stored in your consciousness that may say surrendering is weak,
Won't work or is cheating?
What programs may be keeping you in a place where surrendering isn't an option?
Turn yourself into Source and to your highest self to find the truth.
Surrendering is a nourishing exhale on calm crystal blue waters.
It gives your whole being a break from the stress.
Receive a deep inhale.
Relax every molecule of your being and release a full and gentle exhale.
Be here,
Release and surrender.
Contemplate the following.
Your being has the intelligence to surrender.
It understands when it has reached that state where it has no choice but to surrender because all the energy is draining from it.
This happens when you're sick,
With a fever or extreme exhaustion.
Your being surrenders so that it can heal.
You have that same intelligence within you to surrender your mind,
To let go of the thoughts and turn in,
Turn silent,
Let go and listen.
This is such a potent nourishing and healing place to be.
It is the best medicine you can offer and receive for yourself.
Surrendering doesn't mean you can't come back to the thoughts or tasks to contemplate further.
You are always welcome to return here.
Surrendering means giving yourself a time in to relate with God.
A time to allow the source of creation to bring healing,
Comfort and wisdom in such a manner that you would not be able to receive if you are gripping tightly to this thing you are trying to sort out or fix.
Allow yourself to be held by the threads of creation,
The arms of existence and release all your worries,
All your fears,
All your perceived troubles to this space,
Freeing yourself from it for however long you wish.
Receive the wisdom and proceed from there.
Use your breath,
Your innate wisdom and intelligence to allow God to take the place of the stress,
Of the pain,
Of the suffering,
Of the illusion.
Breathe and surrender.
You are not alone.
Breathe and surrender.
You are full of God's source energy.
Breathe and surrender.
Here are some practices you can take into your day today.
Practice number one.
Just like any practice,
Find a time and space to learn again how to surrender.
Your being understands how,
It is just that you may have forgotten because you may lack a consistent practice.
Practice surrendering at least once a week,
Daily if you so desire.
No need to try it with something intense at first.
Just practice surrendering.
It doesn't have to be about or related to anything.
This is just a practice.
Imagine you are in a super nourishing sacred space where you can let go of all your worries,
All your perceived troubles.
Think of a warm bath,
A cozy bed or watching the sunset.
Put all your worries and troubles in a bucket before you move into this spa-like experience.
Quiet your mind as though you were trying to listen with intent to your own heartbeat and stay here for as long as your being desires.
Practice number two.
Identify what it is you wish to surrender.
Is it physical pain,
Emotional turmoil or your old friend fear?
What is it you wish to surrender to Source to receive healing or wisdom?
Envision yourself surrendering it,
Letting it go and clearing your mind,
Your energy field.
Let go of all the weight of this thing you are surrendering and relax into the arms of Source.
Don't worry about receiving a message or looking for an answer.
Just let go without receiving anything in return.
The message will come in perfect time.
Here are some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one.
I give myself permission to surrender to Source.
I give myself permission to surrender to Source.
Number two.
I commit to breathing and surrendering knowing I am held by Source.
I commit to breathing and surrendering knowing I am held by Source.
Number three.
I choose to heal and receive wisdom by turning myself in and quieting the mind.
I choose to heal and receive wisdom by turning myself in and quieting the mind.
And number four.
I have the intelligence to surrender to Source.
I have the intelligence to surrender to Source.
