Welcome,

Beautiful soul,

This meditation is designed to help you release anxiety,

Return to a state of calmness,

Of reconnection with the deep peace within you.

Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth,

Again inhale deeply through your nose and exhale letting go.

With each breath feel yourself becoming more present,

More at ease.

Now bring your awareness to the ground beneath you,

Imagine big deep roots growing from the base of your spine,

Anchoring you deeply into the earth.

These roots absorb stability,

Strength and safety,

Grounding you in the present moment.

With each inhale you draw in calm energy,

With each exhale you release tension,

Doubt and fear.

Now gently bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Imagine a soft wave of relaxation washing over your scalp,

Washing over your forehead,

Your eyes,

Melting away any tension.

Soften your jaw,

Unclench your teeth,

Relax your neck,

Your shoulders,

Allowing them to drop naturally.

Feel this wave of relaxation travelling down your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Let it continue down your spine.

Feel how any knots of tension are being released.

Feel it moving into your legs,

Your feet,

Grounding you deeper into peace.

Keep breathing in through your nose and soften even more with each exhale.

Just feel and know that with each breath your body becomes lighter,

It becomes freer and it becomes more at ease.

Keep breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out and try to do it in your own time until you get that steady breath.

Breathing in you might even count to four and on the count of eight you breathe out.

4 and breathing out on a count of 8.

8 and once again breathe in through your nose counting till 4,

Finding your own rhythm,

Finding your natural breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Now I want you to imagine a light and soft iridescent light,

This light is surrounding you like a warm embrace from the universe and you just know and feel that this light holds unconditional love,

How it holds that peace,

That peace of mind and I want you to bring to mind that anxiety you have been carrying,

Just visualize it as a dark cloud in front of you,

Without judgment simply observe it.

Now see this iridescent white light gently dissolving the cloud,

Gently transmuting it into pure and peaceful energy and you just know that it is happening,

You feel that it is happening,

You feel how the weight is being lifted from your chest,

You feel how the weight is being lifted from your shoulders,

You feel how that weight is being lifted from your mind and I invite you to repeat silently or out loud,

I am ready to release this anxiety,

I am safe to release this anxiety,

I am safe,

I am safe,

I am supported,

I am free.

And just feel and imagine how this energy is being taken out of your energy field,

How it is leaving your body because you now understand that you don't need it anymore,

That it is no longer part of you,

That you are free of it.

Now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful peaceful place,

Maybe it's a beach,

A forest or a sacred temple,

Feel the air in your skin,

Hear the soft sounds around you,

Notice the stillness,

The peace,

Know that this place exists within you,

Know that you can return here any time and you need that calm,

Clarity and grounding to feel connected to yourself again.

With every breath you anchor this peace deep into your being,

Feel that grounding energy enter once more the sole of your feet,

Your shins,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

Feel your body being relaxed without any tension,

Feel how this grounding energy travels up towards your heart.

Take a moment to say thank you to your heart and to send unconditional love towards the person you love.

Energy knows no boundaries and I invite you to send unconditional love to other people that you know,

To the whole city you're in,

To the whole country you're in,

Know that you're not alone,

Know that you're held,

Know that you're supported by the divine forces of the universe,

Know that you're held,

That you're connected to the divine energy and feel how this energy is traveling up towards your throat,

How this energy field is being opened,

How this energy expands as you're traveling towards your third eye in between your eyebrows,

How it connects you even more to the here and now,

How it connects you to your own presence,

How it travels towards your crown chakra,

How it grounds you,

How it supports and holds you and from there how it travels back into your body,

Traveling through your third eye in between your eyebrows,

How it goes down towards your chakra of your throat,

How it goes down towards your heart chakra,

How it goes down towards your stomach,

How it goes down,

Down,

Down towards your hips,

The base of your spine,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Your ankles,

Into your feet,

How this energy is traveling out of your feet into the mother earth and with every breath that you take you anchor this energy of grounding peace deeper into your being,

Into your body and as you prepare to return to your day place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly connect to your heart once again,

Feel your heartbeat,

The rhythm of life within you,

Feel the rise and fall of your breath,

Steady and calm and silently repeat I am calm,

I am safe,

I am at peace,

I trust in life,

I trust in myself,

I am free from fear,

I choose peace when you're ready gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Slowly open your eyes bringing the sense of calm with you,

Know that you're safe,

Know that you're whole and that you're exactly where you need to be take the last breath in through your nose and out through your mouth Thank you for being here,
