Let's take this moment to centre ourselves back into the body,
Simply noticing how you're currently feeling,
If there are any thoughts or mental chatter happening,
Whatever it may be,
Just allow it to be here,
Bringing your awareness deep into your belly.
Every time we choose to soften,
Using the breath as an anchor to guide us deeper into our body,
We open up the possibilities for miracles to happen,
Giving us a better understanding of life and the peace that we may be able to find within our being.
Where are you in current denial or have shame around your current life situations?
By simply acknowledging that you're in this denial or have shame around these challenges is a beautiful opening,
An opening to soften back to your natural state of being.
The more we ride the river and allow ourselves to flow through it,
The easier life becomes,
Not in the sense that life doesn't bring us challenges anymore,
But we are able to flow with it rather than resist and go upstream.
When we resist something there is a contraction,
We feel blocked,
We build up more layers of struggle and yes we may not agree or wish this to be the reality,
The more we can allow it to be as it is for what it is.
Acceptance will be a natural by-product as you're no longer contracting against it,
Though softening into the experience.
And what freedom and liberation arrives within your being when you stop trying to control the external circumstances of life,
But rather you're riding that wave into the unknown,
Realising,
I am not in control.
My mind might think that I'm in control,
Though my being knows that I'm definitely not in control.
Again accepting life as it currently is,
The more we open to this you begin to see the beauty that lies around you in each single moment.
Be gentle on yourself today and know that if you're going through a tough time,
All of life is going through a change.
Your job is to soften and feel into it.
