You made it to this precious moment of deep remembrance of the light within. This is a moment to remember your light. Fully arrive to this sweet precious moment of now. Let the stillness become our sanctuary, A sacred pause where the outer world fades and our inner light begins to shimmer. If there's anything on your heart or mind, You can lovingly let it go. Place it into the hands of spirit. It will be here, If needed, When we return. And exhale slowly. Feel your shoulders soften. Living within each one of us is the precious light of truth. You are here with purpose. You are chosen to remember. If you haven't already, Gently close your eyes. You'll notice awareness naturally falls to just behind the bridge of the nose. Our energy flows where our attention goes. Gently raise your awareness to the center of your forehead. This should be pleasant and comfortable. Now gently move your awareness to the back of your head. You'll begin to see that we can move our consciousness to any part of our body. Let it gently rest in the center of our chest. This is the home of our truth. This is a sacred space known as the eye of the heart. It communicates to us in knowing. Now feel a soft golden light begin to glow like the morning sun rising inside of you. You may begin to sense energy or lightness. Whatever is occurring is perfectly wonderful. And the exit from the mind. The light itself will open the door for you. It touches the crown of your head and slow the sight of the soul. Feel the light expanding from your heart. You are a vessel of light. Does the eye of your heart have something to share with you? Even if nothing has come, Know that you are receiving. When you are ready, Take in a gentle breath. Let the light settle into your cells. And in this sweet silence, Remember you are light. You are amazing. Perfect just as you are. Feel this truth as a vibration.
