We'll invite ease,
Strength,
And compassion into your body as you move through your recovery process.
To begin,
Please find a position where you feel supported,
Either lying or sitting.
Let your body settle here.
You may choose to soften your gaze or close your eyes.
Take a breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your mouth.
Allow yourself to arrive here,
Fully in this moment.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
Without forcing,
Let each inhale fill you with steadiness and each exhale,
Soften any tension.
Silently repeat these phrases with your breath.
Inhale,
I am.
Continue for a few more rounds.
Now begin to imagine yourself whole,
Strong,
And fully healed.
Envision yourself moving through life with ease,
Light,
And spacious.
Envision yourself in the morning hours with energy and lightness.
Moving into your day with confidence and supported by the earth.
See yourself connected to yourself and others from this place of wholeness.
Your presence steady.
Imagine your inner light shining so brightly,
Filling every cell of your body with vitality.
As that light moves through your body,
Restore.
Offer yourself space now to linger here.
Your nervous system responds not only to what is,
But also to what is imagined.
Let the vision of healing of you feel uncertain.
Exist for a few moments as you trust that this healing is becoming a part of you.
Then this image and feeling of healing is available for you.
Now,
Filling up to your capacity with ease.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady and supported.
Feel the space around you,
Open and expansive.
Carry with you the image you created,
This sense of strength,
Healing,
And light.
Hold this close and silently repeat these phrases after me.
As you inhale,
Healing is already unfolding within me.
I am learning to trust its pace.
On your next inhale,
I am here.
One last full breath,
Filling your body with vitality.
When you're ready,
Bring a little bit of movement to your body.
As you flutter open your eyes,
May you carry this vision of healing and ease with you to whatever comes next.
Know that you can return to this practice whenever you need it.
