I'm Joanna Barrett,
Your guide for this meditation.
I invite you to take a moment to settle in.
Whether you're sitting or lying down,
Allow your body to find a position that feels supportive and easeful.
As you arrive,
Gently invite yourself to slow down.
There's nowhere else you need to be right now.
This is your time to reconnect,
To breathe,
And to listen inward.
Breath by breath,
We'll move a little closer to stillness,
Presence,
And clarity.
Let's begin our meditation.
Gently bring your attention to your breath,
Noticing its natural rhythm,
Inhaling deeply,
Filling your lungs completely,
And exhaling slowly,
Releasing any tension you may be holding.
Let's take three breaths together now.
Breathe in deeply,
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathe in again,
Feeling your body expand,
And exhale,
Allowing yourself to relax.
One more deep breath in,
And exhale fully,
Letting both your body and mind settle in.
Breathing naturally,
Imagine a soft,
Warm light at the center of your chest.
This light represents your inner wisdom,
Your intuition.
It's always there,
Ready to guide you when you turn inward and listen.
Imagine this light growing brighter with each breath,
Filling your chest with warmth and calm.
Allow this light to expand outward,
Filling your entire body,
Until you feel wrapped in its comfort and glow.
Now,
Imagine yourself standing at a crossroads.
The path behind you represents your journey so far,
Including everything you've learned,
Overcome,
And experienced.
Take a moment to honor this path and all it has taught you.
Ahead of you are several paths.
These represent possibilities before you.
You don't need to choose right now.
Just allow yourself to explore.
Trust your intuition,
Your inner light.
You know the way.
In your mind's eye,
Take a step forward and let yourself be drawn to one path.
Notice what it feels like.
Is the ground beneath your feet soft or firm?
Are there sounds,
Smells,
Or colors that catch your attention?
Let your intuition guide you for what you see,
Hear,
Or feel.
If this path feels aligned,
Let yourself walk a little further down.
And if not,
Gently return to the crossroads and begin to explore another path.
There's no rush.
You are simply noticing what feels aligned for you.
As you stand or walk on a path,
Ask your intuition a few questions.
What do I most need to know right now?
What step feels most aligned with my deepest truth?
What will bring me closer to a sense of peace and purpose?
Allow any images,
Words,
Or sensations to arise.
You don't need to force or analyze them.
Just observe and trust what comes to you.
When you're ready,
Return to the crossroads,
Bringing a hand to your heart and thanking your intuition for its guidance.
Know that this inner wisdom is always within you,
Even when the path ahead feels unclear.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the space that you're in,
Back to your breath.
Perhaps bringing some movement to your body.
Feeling this present moment.
Take a moment to reflect.
