Hello,
And welcome to this heart-centered peace meditation.
I'm your guide,
Holistic healer,
Jennifer Pasavant.
In this meditation,
We will be focusing on your heart and relaxing into a state of peace and allowance.
Sit into a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Scan your body for any areas of tension.
Starting at the head,
Feel for any tension in the scalp or your forehead.
Relax your jaw,
Relax your neck.
Roll your head around a few times in either direction if you need to.
Relax your shoulders and your back between your shoulder blades.
You can even do a few shoulder rolls or lift your shoulders up to your ears and relax them down a few times.
Check for tension in your stomach muscles,
Where a lot of people hold their stress.
Are you breathing through your diaphragm,
Or are you holding those muscles tightly?
Relax your lower back.
Check for tension in your arms and in your hands.
Relax your hips,
Your thighs,
And your buttocks.
Relax your calves.
Relax your ankles and your feet.
If you need to roll your ankles and your feet around a few times,
Go ahead and do so.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Start taking deep,
Slow breaths into your diaphragm.
Let your breath out slowly.
Using your awareness on how your breath feels or sounds,
Allow yourself to breathe in and out from your diaphragm in this slow,
Relaxed state at your own pace.
See,
Feel or sense a bright,
White,
Warm glowing ball above your head.
On your next inhalation,
Draw down this ball of white light through the top of your head,
Down your neck,
And into your heart.
At the top of the breath,
Hold that white light orb in your heart for a few seconds,
And see it burn even more brightly,
As if there was a bellows fanning it like a flame.
On your exhalation,
Push this white light down through your abdomen and hips,
Down through your legs and your feet,
And into the earth below.
On each exhalation,
See,
Feel or sense this orb of white light moving down through the dirt and underground aquifers,
Down past the rocks and underground caves,
All the way through to the diamond heart of Mother Earth.
Allow this process to take however long as feels right to you.
As you continue to breathe with your focus on this white orb connecting with the diamond heart of Mother Earth,
See,
Feel or sense this orb absorbing the grounding and supporting love of Mother Earth.
When you're ready,
On your inhalation,
As if you're sucking this energy up through a straw,
Begin to draw up this white orb as it brings with it the diamond light of Mother Earth.
You might see it as a pillar of diamond light,
Or a pole,
Use whatever feels right to you.
With each inhalation,
See it being drawn up past the underground caves and rocks,
Up past the aquifers and dirt,
Up through the bottoms of your legs and feet,
Up through your hips and abdomen,
And up into your heart.
On the top of your inhalation,
Hold your breath for a few seconds and see,
Feel or sense this Mother Earth energy burning more brightly and infusing you with a sense of loving safety,
Security and support,
Like that of a mother's hug,
As it anchors in your heart.
On your exhalation,
See this orb of bright white light begin to rise back up through your chest and neck,
Up through and out the top of your head,
And on each exhalation,
See this ball moving up through your ceiling,
Out through your roof,
Up past the canopy of the trees,
Up through the clouds,
Out beyond the atmosphere of the Earth,
Moving past the stars and the planets,
As it moves through space towards our galactic center.
At our galactic center,
There is a black hole.
On the other side of this black hole is what is called the Grand Central Sun,
And it is the masculine polarity of the feminine black hole.
See this white orb move into the center of this black hole and ultimately be enveloped in the Grand Central Sun.
As you continue to breathe,
Feel this white orb be infused with this warm,
Bright golden light and begin to look like a sun itself.
This light is strong,
Confident,
Powerful and activating.
When you're ready,
On your inhalation,
As if you're sucking this energy down through a straw,
Begin to draw down this white orb as it brings with it the warm golden Grand Central Sun energy.
You can visualize it as a pillar of light coming down from above,
Or a rod or staff of golden warm light.
Use whatever visualization feels right to you.
With each inhalation,
See it being drawn down past the stars and planets,
Into the atmosphere of the Earth,
Down through the clouds,
Down through the canopy of the trees,
Through your roof and your ceiling,
And into the top of your head.
See it move through your head and down your neck,
And then down into your heart.
When this warm golden light enters your heart at the top of your inhalation,
Hold your breath for a few seconds as you see,
Sense or feel this light burning brighter,
As if it was being fanned like a flame.
You might feel a warmth or a tingling in your chest as you do this,
As well as a sense of confidence,
Inner strength and motivation.
At the top of your next inhalation,
Hold your breath for a few seconds.
As you do this,
See the diamond white light of Mother Earth and the golden warm light of the Grand Central Sun start to mix together as it swirls and spins in a clockwise direction in your heart.
Begin to breathe naturally and,
As you do,
On each exhalation,
See,
Sense or feel this creamy diamond light pulsate out from the front and the back of your heart,
And,
On your inhalation,
Pull it back in as it concentrates in your heart.
Continue to take slow and deep relaxed breaths as you hold this visualization or sensation of breathing these energies through your heart.
Bring your awareness to how you feel in this moment with the energies of loving safety,
Security and support,
And motivating strength and confidence.
Become aware of the powerful sense of peace that begins to wash over you as you hold the loving support of Mother Earth and the inner strength of faith from the Grand Central Sun within you.
Place your hands on your heart and allow a gentle smile to come across your face as you continue to breathe.
Begin to imagine as if looking through your own eyes,
Going through your day with all of its experiences and interactions,
From this place of total peace and complete faith and trust.
How are you carrying yourself and your body?
Are you moving and holding your posture differently than before?
How do you feel as you engage with others?
Are you relaxed,
Joyful,
Confident?
Are you communicating or expressing yourself differently?
How are you handling the more challenging experiences or interactions differently?
Are you still able to smile and stay relaxed in strength and peace?
Do you feel a sense of flow and allowance and trust?
A sense of trust that all is in divine order?
What would it look and feel like to operate from your healed aspect?
What types of things would you say differently?
Make this as sensorially real as you can imagine.
Consider this your rehearsal for real life.
As you continue to practice this meditation,
The more easily and more often you'll be able to move into this state of heart-centered peace.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Remember to move your feet and your fingers.
Roll your head around a few times,
Followed by a few rolls of your shoulders,
As you begin to come back.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes,
Knowing that you are not the same person you were when you first began this meditation.
