Jenni Reeder Barnett

Jenni is a Certified davidji Masters of Wisdom Meditation Teacher. She is also a full time caregiver to her sister-in-law who has cerebral palsy. Jenni spent much of her life caught up in feelings of anxiety and unhealthy coping mechanisms. After beginning a meditation practice she was able to relieve the anxiety and find ways to lessen the stress that comes with being a caregiver. Using a mix of breathwork, visualization, affirmations and other techniques she has learned, Jenni wants to share the stress relieving benefits of meditation with other caregivers along with providing a space for everyone to begin and grow their own practice.
