As the cloud gets closer,
Imagine it's sprinkling gentle,
Soothing raindrops of calmness all around you.
With each raindrop,
Feel any upset feelings gently washing away,
Leaving you feeling light and peaceful.
Now,
Imagine the cloud wrapping around you like a warm,
Soft blanket.
Picture it hugging you gently,
Making you feel safe and loved.
Let the calming raindrops and the fluffy cloud surround you,
Creating a cozy,
Peaceful space just for you.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Feeling the calmness sinking in.

Imagine placing it on the cloud,
