Welcome to the short meditation to trust your inner power and release fear.
Take a slow inhale.
And exhale fully.
Another deep inhale.
And exhaling fully.
Feel the support beneath your body.
The surface beneath you,
Holding you.
Let your breath become steady,
Strong,
Yet calm.
Find a rhythm you can trust.
Using it as an anchor that you can always return to.
Now bring awareness to your body.
Maybe you can notice any places of tension,
Fear or doubt.
Be it in the belly.
Maybe the chest.
You're back.
Maybe the shoulders.
To neck.
Maybe the jaw or your face.
Just scan and simply notice.
If there is any tension,
Doubt or fear that you can pick up in any part of the body And I invite you to observe with curiosity those areas of tension,
Fear or doubt and see if you can bring in kindness and space into those areas.
Breathe into them gently,
Maybe softening a little more on each exhale.
We're not here to change what we notice.
Our job is to just simply become aware of whatever comes up without judgment and remembering that we are safe in this moment.
And maybe you can also notice that fear or doubt doesn't need to disappear for you to move forward it's there to protect you yet it doesn't have to control you Now shift your attention to your belly.
Feel the breath rising and falling there and imagine a small flame glowing deep inside,
Deep in the belly it's steady,
It's warm It's quietly powerful.
And with each inhale this flame grows brighter with each exhale all doubt loosens its grip stay with your awareness with this flame which is your courage,
Your instinct your inner authority It's always there.
Yeah that maybe got snowed under a bit.
It also never shouts.
It just knows now imagine the inner critic not as an enemy.
But as an old voice that is there to protect you,
But no longer runs the show.
With each breath out that voice softens and with each breath in,
Your inner knowing grows stronger Ask gently what feels true for me right now and listen not with your mind but with your body.
Trust the answer,
Even if it's quiet and maybe place one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart feel the connection between courage and care Take a deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
Whisper inwardly.
I trust myself.
I move forward with what I know when you're ready return gently carrying your strength with you
