Please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed,

Turning off or silence any distractions.

Find a comfortable seated position and softly close down your eyes.

This meditation will help you to cultivate positivity so you are able to go into your day feeling joyful and energised,

Remaining calm and relaxed.

So let's begin.

On your next inhale,

Take a deep inhale as your body expands,

And a full exhale completely exhaling all of the air out of your lungs as your body relaxes.

Take another deep inhale as your body expands,

And a full exhale,

Allowing your mind and your body to release any stress or tension that you are holding.

Take one more deep inhale,

Notice how your body expands,

And a full exhale,

Completely relaxing your body,

Releasing any remaining stress and tension that you are holding,

And return back to your natural breath.

Soften your body now,

From your head to your toes,

Relaxing any areas of your body that are tight and tense,

Allowing the crown of your head to relax,

Softening your face,

Unclenching your jaw,

Softening into your neck and throat,

Allowing your shoulders to rest away from your ears,

Your arms are heavy,

All the way down to your hands and fingers.

Relaxing your chest,

Upper back,

Middle back and lower back,

Softening into your stomach,

Softening into your upper legs,

All the way down to your lower legs,

Your feet and your toes.

Just return your attention back to your breath now,

As you breathe in and out of your nose naturally,

Without forcing or controlling,

Breathing naturally.

On your next inhale,

Follow the breath in through your nose,

All the way down into your heart space at the centre of your chest,

Exhaling the air from your heart space back out through your nose,

Inhaling into your heart space,

And exhaling back out of your heart space.

Just continue to breathe in and out of your heart space,

Breathing naturally.

Repeat after me,

Silently or out loud,

I am calm,

I am relaxed,

I am at peace,

I have a positive energy,

I feel joyful,

Today is going to be a wonderful day,

I am calm,

I am relaxed,

I am at peace,

I have a positive energy,

I feel joyful,

Today is going to be a wonderful day,

I am calm,

I am relaxed,

I am at peace,

I have a positive energy,

I feel joyful,

Today is going to be a wonderful day,

I am calm,

I am relaxed,

I am at peace,

I have a positive energy,

I feel joyful,

Continue to breathe in and out of your heart space naturally,

Giving yourself time and space to cultivate these feelings,

These qualities so you can take them into your day.

Take your attention off your heart space and off your breath now and just sit in the stillness around you,

Keeping your eyes closed you can begin to stretch and move around into the space around you,

Slowly getting a sense of your surroundings and when you are ready you can begin to open your eyes starting off gazing down at the floor,

Take your time coming back around.
