Through body awareness, breath, and guided relaxation, you will be invited to release tension, slow down, and shift from a state of doing into being. This practice is suitable for: - Reducing stress and anxiety - Supporting emotional balance - Deep rest and recovery - Preparing the body for sleep After the guided part, soft background music will continue, allowing you to drift into sleep or remain in a state of deep relaxation.
