You may adjust the volume to your desire.

Allow yourself to sit comfortably.

Close your eyes.

Now take a nice deep breath in through the nose and release from your mouth slowly.

There is a oneness inside of you that also lives on the outside.

Feel the positive flow of energy radiating from the outside also living within your being.

There is a light within you that requires your attention right now.

Take a nice deep breath in now.

Feel the flickering of your inner light.

Feel your light getting stronger.

Feel the warmth of deep appreciation and gratitude in your body as you take a slow deep breath.

Feel your sense of self getting stronger and stronger as you pull from the oneness.

Feel this oneness from within.

Love that flows so free.

Sense your sense of self experiencing soothing from your soul.

Quieting the chaos of incessant chatter.

Releasing being identified by your traumatic experiences.

Releasing your mind from worry.

Feel coherence radiating within your entire being.

Feel the rhythm of your heart's beat engulfed in heart.

Your mental freedom is what you have been seeking.
