Welcome to this 10 minute healing meditation.
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying down,
Ensuring that your spine is straight,
But not rigid,
And have your body relaxed.
Go ahead and close your eyes,
Take in a deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Do that one more time.
Inhale in through the nose,
And exhale slowly through the mouth,
Allowing yourself to settle in here.
Just bringing in peace,
Calm,
And comfort.
Now in the next 10 minutes,
Your mind might start to wander,
And that's okay,
It's totally natural,
Just bring your focus back to your breath.
So we're going to begin by bringing your awareness to your body,
Starting at your feet.
Feel your toes,
Maybe you can wiggle them,
Maybe you can just feel some texture under your feet.
Just noticing the contact,
Wherever they're meeting.
Noticing the arches of your foot,
Noticing your heels,
And just gradually move your focus up your body,
Up your calves.
Now with each breath,
Imagine tension melting away.
Continue scanning your chest and shoulders,
Checking in with the shoulders here.
Are they high by your ears?
Just relax.
Move your awareness down your arms to your hands and fingers,
And back up to your belly.
Naturally and steadily,
Allow the sound of the bowl to wash over you.
Let the 528 hertz miracle tone resonate throughout your entire body.
Imagine the vibrations of the quartz crystal bowls resonating,
Aligning every cell with the frequency of love and healing.
Visualize this powerful sound wave penetrating every part of your being,
From your skin all the way into your bones,
From your muscles to your organs.
They all can feel the vibration.
I invite you now to visualize healing.
Whatever healing seems appropriate for you.
So put your mind to the pain.
It might be an emotional wound,
Something from the past that we haven't quite processed yet.
We can feel that on the inside.
So I invite you just to breathe through it if it feels uncomfortable.
If it's an emotional wound,
Let the vibrations dissolve what's being stored.
And if it's a physical ailment,
Visualize the vibrations healing,
Soothing,
And comforting what needs repair.
Take a moment here just to thank yourself for some time.
Thank yourself for the dedication to your journey.
And when you're ready,
You can start to move your fingers or toes.
Notice the weight of your body again meeting the surface below you.
And you can gently,
Slowly open your eyes.
Let's take one cleansing breath together.
We're going to exhale together,
Then we'll inhale,
And then we're going to exhale with sound.
So let's exhale.
