My name is Helen. Thank you for joining me today for this beautiful Reiki healing meditation. Begin by finding somewhere comfortable where you can fully relax. Begin to become aware of your breath as you slowly start to take deep breaths in and long slow breaths out. Feel as your body and your mind begin to relax and release as you prepare yourself for very deep relaxation, Deep healing and deep peace. I want you to imagine you have a beautiful ball of light hovering just above the crown of your head. This light is filled with the most perfect Reiki life force energy. This light is your light. Feel your light as it gently connects with the crown of your head and begins to slowly melt down through your scalp, Behind your forehead, Your eyes, Your cheeks, Your nose, Your lips, Pouring into your jaw, Relaxing it fully down the sides of your head, Through your ears, Down the back of your head, Your entire head filled with your beautiful light. Feel the muscles in your neck begin to relax as your light gently flows down through your neck, Pouring into both of your shoulders, Your right arm begins to gently glow as the light from your right shoulder starts to slowly flow down through the top of your right arm, Your elbow, Your forearm, Your wrist, Your hand, Through all of your fingers right to the tips, Your right arm glowing gently and totally relaxed. Feel now as the light from your left shoulder starts to slowly flow down through the top of your left arm, Your elbow, Your forearm, Your wrist, Your hand, Through all of your fingers right to the tips, Your left arm glowing gently and totally relaxed. Feel your chest begin to melt as the light from both of your shoulders starts to slowly flow down through your chest, Surrounding and filling your heart, Down through your abdomen, Pouring into both of your hips, Melting everything as it goes. Feel the tops of your legs begin to relax as your light continues its journey down through your thighs, Your calves, Your ankles, Through both of your feet, Through all of your toes right to the tips. Feel the soles of your feet tingling gently with this beautiful earth energy. Your entire body is now filled with the most perfect healing energy, And you are totally relaxed.
