We often believe that the more deeply we want something,
The closer we will come to having it.
We think about it more.
We imagine it vividly.
Yet hidden inside an intense desire.
There are often feelings of lack and doubt.
When we wonder.
Will it really happen for me?
A part of us.
May not fully believe it.
True creation does not begin simply by repeating what we want.
It begins when our thoughts and our emotions move in the same direction.
We may long for abundance while feeling deprived or dream of success while secretly believing we cannot achieve it,
As Hermann Hesse reminds us in Demian.
A bird must break through its shell to enter a new world.
For us too,
There are old beliefs we must release.
I am not enough.
Or Good things do not come easily.
Beneath our conscious desires.
Subconscious patterns often conflict.
With what we say we want.
We hesitate at the edge of opportunity.
We pull away when love approaches.
So it is not enough merely to decide our goal.
We must ask.
Deep inside.
Do I truly feel capable of receiving it?
In to have or to be.
Erich from Explorers.
The difference between possessing and being.
The more tightly We hold on to a desired result.
The more we remind ourselves.
That we do not yet have it.
Attraction is not about forcing an outcome.
It is about bringing our thoughts and emotions into alignment.
When anxiety arises,
Many try to cover it with affirmations.
I am happy.
I am abundant.
Yet if we are frightened inside,
Simply pushing those feelings aside.
Leaves the conflict untouched.
Instead,
We must first acknowledge what we truly feel.
I really want this.
That is why I feel anxious.
When we allow ourselves to recognize those feelings honestly.
The need to control every detail begins to loosen.
In wind,
Sand,
And stars.
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry shows how life unfolds through experiences We could never fully plan.
When we choose a goal.
We often try to dictate every step.
It has to be this way.
It has to be.
This person.
But real life frequently surprises us.
Opening doors from directions we never considered.
Remember the destination?
Without deciding,
There is only one road.
In meditations.
Marcus Aurelius reflects on what is within our power.
And what is not.
We can choose our actions today.
To prepare to learn.
To try again.
We cannot control the exact moment.
An opportunity will arrive.
So after doing what we can.
.
.
We can begin to trust life a little more.
To trust that life may bring us something even better.
Than we imagined.
Instead of watching the future.
And waiting anxiously.
We can return to the present moment.
Do today's work.
Listen to music.
Walk.
Rest.
When we live in the present.
While allowing life to carry some of the weight.
We become lighter.
And we become ready.
To recognize what life brings next.
If there is something you want.
Allow yourself to want it.
Do what is yours to do.
And then.
.
.
Loosen your grip.
Life does not always need to unfold.
According to our exact plan.
Sometimes through an unexpected road.
It brings us an answer.
Far wider.
Than we could have.
Imagine.
This is healing flora.
