Hello and welcome my name is Annabelle and in today's meditation we are going to be working on affirmations to change your belief system.

Your belief system is something that creates your habits,

Creates your identity and it shapes your entire world.

So let's focus on trust.

I want you to repeat all of these beliefs with feeling and emotion and anyone that feels a little uncomfortable to say means that you probably don't believe it in your soul,

In your thought patterns there needs a shift.

So I recommend using it throughout the day and truly connecting with yourself.

So take a deep breath,

Sigh it all out and repeat after me.

I trust myself.

It is safe to trust myself.

It is easy to trust myself.

It is easy for me to speak my truth.

I choose who I trust.

I find it easy to rebuild trust.

I find it easy to forgive people.

It is safe to trust people.

It is safe to trust my partner.

I can rely on others.

I am cared about by others.

I am valued.

I release the fear of being judged.

It is safe for me to have goals.

It is safe for me to have boundaries.

I release making myself small.

It is safe for me to stand out.

I enjoy being seen.

I follow through on what I say I'll do.

I keep my word.

I listen to my body.

I release betraying myself.

I will always be there for me.

It is safe for me to upset others.

It is safe for me to speak my truth.

It is safe for me to use my voice.

I trust my strength.

I trust my power.

I trust my intuition.

I trust the journey.

I am resilient.

I can handle rejection.

It is safe to be seen trying.

I trust my abilities.

I trust that it's all gonna work out.

I trust in the timing.

I trust myself.

I trust my gut.

I trust that it's all working out.

I am limitless.

My dreams are within reach.

It is all working out for me.

My life keeps getting better.

I can do anything I put my mind to.

Take a deep breath in and out knowing that every single one of these is true and that you can choose to believe it.

You are so worthy and you are so incredible.
