Tonight I'm going to be showering you with affirmations based on a friend of mine Meg.
While you make any final adjustments that you need to,
I invite you to then focus on your breath,
On lengthening your inhales and exhales.
While you do this,
I'll tell you a little bit about Meg.
I had the absolute pleasure to meet her in the north of Thailand in a beautiful place called Pai.
She is one of the most generous and loving women I have ever met.
She holds an incredible space and has an incredible delicious tea company based out of New Zealand.
I invite you if you haven't already to shut your eyes and just get ready to receive all of the blessings and all of the affirmations,
Calling in this energy to yourself.
You are so loved.
Every room that you go into is filled with this warmth that is generated from your smile.
You have so much love to give and the world is ready to receive it.
Everything you do,
You do with so much intention and so much love.
The energy that you put into the world is reflected back to you ten times.
When you stand in your power,
You stand in the love and abundance that you have.

The community,
The abundance,

With your spirit and with your kindness.
You stopped trying to force things and instead allowed the universe to do what it needed to do,

You are ready for the infinite abundance that is flowing your way.

You have so much love available to you at every second and you know that life isn't always joyous so you savor the sadness when it presents itself,
Knowing that this too will pass.
And when the moment of joy comes you get to renounce and fill every aspect of your body with it because you understand that this isn't permanent either.
You love and enjoy the changes in life,
Just like the seasons that Mother Earth offers.
You find a voice that is so true to yourself and you are not afraid to use it.
You understand what it is like to be shamed and to live in guilt for just being who you are and so you ensure that you do not put that into anyone else.

Full of love and light and knowledge and wisdom and you find that in every single person.
