In today's meditation that we are going to do a mantra meditation This is really good at releasing your stress Not only is it great for stress reduction.

It's going to improve your focus and concentration your self-awareness and Your emotional and spiritual growth for this meditation.

I invite you to either sit down or stand up Be comfortable be relaxed And whilst you're getting situated I'll tell you a little bit about the mantra So the mantra is so hum on our inhale we say so on the exhale hum The meaning of this mantra is oneness It's a Hindu mantra And it can also be related to I am one with the universe and all of creation So we'll try it together so hum Together we're gonna be doing it for five minutes You can come back to this meditation anytime you need or just take this dip away and add it into your daily life One minute or ten minutes a day.

It's gonna have significant effects on your life Today,

We're gonna be doing it this chant a hundred and eight times together In your own time,

You can play with Slowing down the chant or speeding it up Just trying to see how it feels in your body,

But before we get started I Just want you to take a moment and notice How are you feeling?

Is there fear?

What emotion is alive for you?

Is there tension in your body?

We've now finished our chanting Noticing how you're feeling relaxed calm Whatever is present Just notice it Notice how just a few minutes of chanting Had such a huge shift your mentality physically and mentally Taking another moment and another deep breath just to honor yourself And when you're ready Starting to move your fingers and toes Coming back to the room before opening your eyes And continuing on with your day Now relaxed equipped with a new wonderful tool You are so loved and so appreciated I hope you have a wonderful day
