Hello,

My name is Annabelle and in today's meditation we're going to be talking about worthiness.

So I invite you to get comfortable,

Take a seat or lay down,

Whatever feels best for you.

After that start to deepen your breath,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Allowing yourself to find more peace and calmness with each breath and finally taking the deepest inhale allowing your belly to rise and releasing,

Allowing yourself to be soft and at peace.

Now I want you to think back to the last time where you truly felt worthy,

Worthy of receiving something you were given,

Worthy of the recognition you received,

Worthy of your goals,

Of your dreams,

Of your blessings.

Now starting to feel that in your body,

Starting to notice how your body changes,

Relaxes,

Maybe even warms when you think back to that.

Knowing that you are enough,

That you have done enough,

That you are incredible and there is nothing further you need to do to be able to receive,

That there is nothing being asked of you.

Breathing deep into this feeling,

Noticing how relaxed your shoulders are,

Noticing how your belly feels,

Your legs,

Your arms,

Your head and now starting to think of a big dream you have of your future,

There is no limits and imagine if someone gave it to you today,

Receiving all of that,

How would you feel?

Noticing again your shoulders,

Your stomach,

Your legs,

Arms and head,

Noticing if there's any tension that is there now that wasn't before,

Noticing one point specifically and adding your energy there,

Breathing into that space,

Starting to unravel and release that tension by getting curious about it,

Wondering how this feeling feels.

Does it have a color or a shape?

Is it pulling upwards,

Downwards or is it still?

Does it have a scent?

How about a sound?

What about the texture?

Is it soft,

Rough or fluffy?

And finally does it have a meaning or a message for you?

That tension,

That tension is your building blocks,

It is the next step to get to where you need to be,

To be able to receive everything you dream of,

It's the shadow aspect of where you feel unworthy and just by awareness you're able to tap in,

To recognize and you're shown a map of where to grow and where to go.

I invite you to journal about this feeling and any message that came up so that you are able to feel worthy of your desire,
