This practice is here for any moment when you need a quick reset.

Wherever you are,

Pause for just a moment.

Feel your feet on the ground and let your shoulders drop.

Take one slow,

Intentional breath in and a long,

Steady breath out.

Notice your body.

Is there one place that feels softer or warmer or more grounded?

And let your attention rest there.

If your mind is busy,

That's okay.

Let the thoughts be in the background and place your awareness gently on the breath or the body.

Take one slow inhale and a complete exhale.

And as you end this practice,

Ask yourself,

What is one kind supportive choice that I can make next?

This is your calm,
