Feel the center of your body Feel the point between your belly and the middle of your back You center your attention in this point Move your breath from this point In and out,

Center in this point Feel your breath in this point And from this center Distribute your attention Through,

Out,

Your entire body Become aware,

Aware,

Of your body around you,

Inside of you Be with your body Feel from the bottom of your body to the top Feel your weight in your perineum Feel yourself in that point And move yourself from that point To your sexual organs,

Your sexual system Breathe,

Relaxed,

Calm this space And breathe now to your digestive system Feel yourself there Enjoy the organs,

Inside of your belly,

Inside of your abdominal area Hold a calming sensation there And stay there Breathing calmly,

Feeling calm And from these three centers Move your rhythmical breath,

Your coherent breath Aligned,

Harmonious Be aware of your diaphragm Perceive the space between your organs and your skin Feel the space between your spine and the back of your lower body And your skin Feel how energized,

How intensified Feel the sense of touch in your skin,

The air,

All around you And inside of you From these centers
