Welcome to this meditation focusing on fostering a deeper connection with yourself and returning to your inner wisdom.

It's just taking this moment to arrive here wherever you are in this space.

Just as you are.

Finding a position that feels comfortable either sitting or lying.

Let your body soften into the surface or ground beneath you.

Feeling the earth supporting you.

Gently closing your eyes if you haven't already.

And let your attention drop out of the mind and into the body,

Into your breath.

Taking a slow deep breath in through your nose.

Feeling your chest expand.

And exhaling through your mouth.

Feeling your body soften.

Again breathing in.

Feeling the sense of calm.

Breathing out.

Feeling the tension dissolve.

Presence come.

Exhaling into stillness.

Now just letting your breath return to its own natural rhythm.

No need to control it.

Just follow it.

Moving in and out like the tide of the ocean.

Like gentle waves moving through you.

Now bring your awareness inward.

Beyond the noise of the day.

Beyond the thoughts of the mind.

Beyond the surface of who you are.

There is a deeper part of you.

A place within you that is steady,

Still,

Wise.

Let your breath become the doorway to this inner space.

Feel yourself gently arriving home to yourself.

Connecting to your heart,

Soul and intuition.

Feeling at home here.

Let yourself drop into that space now.

As if you're returning to something ancient.

And gently asking yourself,

What do I need right now?

Let the question settle into your body.

Not looking for an answer.

Just listening.

Maybe a feeling,

A word,

A sensation or simply the sweet silence of presence.

All of it is welcome.

This space within you.

This joy.

This knowing.

It has always been here.

Waiting.

Calm.

Now just gently repeat within yourself.

I am listening.

Let those words sink in.

Like roots growing deeper into the earth beneath you.

Trust that your inner wisdom is always speaking.

Not always in words.

But in sensation.

In energy.

In quiet clarity.

Feel your presence here.

And aligned.

Breathe here for a little longer.

In stillness.

In presence.

In connection.

And when you're ready to return.

Begin to notice the space around you.

Feel the support beneath you.

Your breath moving through you.

The quiet aliveness in your body.

Taking one final deep breath in.

And a long,

Steady breath out.

Just arriving back in the world.

Gently opening your eyes.

And yet still carrying this connection with you.

This connection to your heart.

Your soul.

Always guiding you home.
