Settle into a position that feels comfortable,

Notice your shoulders melting softly,

Let your hands rest at ease,

Close your eyes if that feels good and simply observe your breath,

No need to change it,

Just sense it,

Notice the gentle rise and the tender fall,

Breathe in and feel an openness expanding within,

Breathe out releasing tension,

Breathe in again inviting more spaciousness and breathe out letting what's heavy drift away,

There is nothing you must solve right now,

No task to complete,

No destination to reach,

Only this breath,

Only this moment,

Only you arriving in stillness,

Imagine a soft glow above you like dawn's first light,

This glow begins to wash over you,

Soft and slow like morning light meeting the ocean,

A silent whisper of reassurance,

It rests on your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Bringing calm to where tension lingers,

Let it drift down to your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

A comforting warmth across your being,

A gentle reminder you deserve this moment,

You deserve this pause,

You deserve to trust what's unfolding even when it's unseen,

It's natural to seek clarity when the path feels hidden,

Yet often the deepest wisdom emerges from slowing down and trusting your inner compass even when it speaks in soft echoes,

Thoughts may drift in and that's okay,

Acknowledge them and see them drift by,

Imagine each thought like a petal floating on a gentle stream,

Simply allow them to drift by,
