Welcome beautiful one,

This is your time to soften,

To breathe,

To return to the sanctuary within yourself,

This loving moment is just for you,

Let your eyes gently close and take a soft full breath in and a gentle breath out,

Breathe in again,

This time filling your chest with warmth and breathe out,

Releasing anything that doesn't belong to you,

Allow your shoulders to melt down,

Let your hands rest easy,

Let your jaw soften and feel the weight of your body held by the earth,

You don't have to do anything here,

There is nothing to fix,

You are enough exactly as you are,

Feel into your body now,

This body that carries your story,

This heart that has kept beating even on the hard days,

There is space here for love,

There is space here for grace,

Let it flow toward your body now,

Toward the parts that need it most,

Breathe out,

Place one hand over your heart and if it feels right,

Place the other hand over your body,

Feel the gentle rise and fall beneath your palms,

The quiet rhythm of life,
