Fear of the unknown,
Fear of the future,
Fear of lack,
Fear of uncertainty,
Fear of losing your job.
It all comes up,
Right,
From time to time.
And I feel we all have it.
It's in the collective,
So deeply ingrained.
So.

Logical that we all pick up from those frequencies.
To me,
And just sharing my perspective right now.
Everything in the outside world in a so-called outside world because actually if you know quantum physics there is no out there out there it's all here everything that is triggering you into fear or other emotions in lower frequencies.
There to give you a signal,
To show you where you are believing things about yourself that are not in alignment with the full being that you really are.
So even though it feels so very uncomfortable,
And I know Parth,
Like this fear,
I've known it for a very,
Very long time in my life.
Um,
It's really pointing you,
Showing you the doorway to go through to really open up to who you really are.
Because that's what we are really are here for.
We are not really here for a comfortable life and be safe and be successful.

And we are allowed,
And it's a birthright,
To really,
Really enjoy life.
But we should not have any fear.
That's not who we are.
We placed ourselves in this reality,
In this experience.
And I'm so sure.
Now I know that everything you need for your human experience is already there.
I saw an image.
Like,

In this reality we have time and space and it seems like we are moving through the scenes of our life.
But it's actually as a movie,
It's already there.
It's already there.
But it's been unfolding because we have this experience to go through linear time.
Otherwise.

It would be very boring,

If we didn't know everything about our entire life.
Then we will be done.
In half an hour,
I guess.
So to have this human experience,
We move through things and we don't know what will happen.
Mastering that fear.
Allowing it to be there.
Is really the trick.
Fear always comes from your younger self.
That's the part that's also still alive in you.
You know,
We look like adults.
From the outside but inside.
Every version of you from the moment you were conceived and in the womb up until when you were born and when you were a toddler and when you were young and up until now.
All that versions are still within you.
And the younger version has this fear,
Because when you were younger,
You were.

Well,
You had to meet your parents,
Right,
To take care of you and to survive.
So every time I feel a fear within me,
I know I have to go back to that little girl within me and ask her what she's really afraid about.
And comfort her and listen to her and then the energy just like we did with the food When I can really stay with the emotion,
I can already feel it starts to change.
And then I listen to the message it wants to give me.
Everything is energy.
Everything is frequency.
Everything is.

.
Consciousness is information.
Also this fear is information.
And if you listen to it,
It starts to tell you.

Something a belief system that you well you believe something about yourself or You make yourself small.
Most of the time that.
You can release that.
By saying,
I ask and intend to release this energy and frequency of fear.
From every cell in my body,
From my conscious,
Subconscious and cellular memory.
Once and for all and then you just breathe in and as you exhale you visualize like particles of energy leaving your body and energy field And then you will feel a little bit better.
And you repeat the process.
And maybe another emotion comes up.
When you think about losing that job or what have you,
Just release that as well.
You release it from your energy field,
From your body.
You will feel a lot lighter and clearer.
It's also about trust,
Right?
Your higher consciousness is guiding you.
And you were not put here.
To be left alone,
You are always guided and safe and protected.
That's about that.
