Take a deep breath in.
Deep,
Deep breath.
Into your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
And just relax.
Self-rejection.
It is at the core of almost every pain we experience in life.
It's why we search long in doubt.
It's the engine behind our striving for approval,
Love and validation.
And at once begin.
As a misunderstanding.
When you arrived here as a baby,
You were pure.
Fully connected to your essence.
There was no doubt about your worth.
But somewhere along the way.
You begin to believe something that wasn't true.
You learned that parts of you weren't okay.
That you had to earn love,
That you had to adapt,
Perform.
Or to be good enough.
You learned that who you are wasn't enough.
And that's where the dance of self-rejection begins.
Each time you experienced rejection by a parent,
A teacher,
A loved one.
You internalized it.
Not consciously.
But as a reflex.
Because as a child you cannot think,
Maybe my parents can't fully love me because they are carrying pain.
As a child you think,
Something must be wrong with me.
And that's how the survival mechanism started.
You learned to reject yourself before someone else could do it for you.
Because that felt safer.
You learned to adapt.
To hide parts of yourself.
To suppress and judge them.
That's when the ego began to form.
A constructed self-image built on survival.
A coping mechanism.
A way to belong.
A way to get love.
But it doesn't work.
Because if you don't believe in yourself,
You won't believe others when they say they love you.
There's always that underlying doubt.
Would they still love me?
If they truly knew who I am.
This is where the ego started running the show.
And the pain of self-rejection becomes most visible in relationships.
Because that's where our deepest fears and beliefs are triggered.
When we secretly believe we're not good enough,
We search for love outside of ourselves.
We long for someone to fill us.
Someone to validate us.
Someone to ease the emptiness.
But when you enter a relationship with this inner misunderstanding.
You build it on fear.
On separation.
On the illusion of lack.
So the ego dynamic unfolds within the relationship.
A push-pull game of expectations and disappointments,
Of hope and fear.
Afraid of rejection we adapt.
We dim our lights.
We take up too much or too little space.
We are no longer ourselves.
We are not two whole radiant beings.
We're two halves trying to complete one another.
And that can never work.
Because how can you truly connect to another?
When you're not truly connected to yourself.
And that's the beautiful part,
You know,
Because everything you experience in relationships is indeed a reflection of your relationship with you.
With your own essence,
Your own higher consciousness.
When you are afraid your partner might leave you.
Look deeper.
What parts of yourself are you abandoning?
When you long for more love or attention,
Ask yourself.
Where are you not giving love and attention to yourself?
When you feel like you are losing yourself in a relationship.
Realize.
Where are you afraid to be fully you?
Relationships reflect exactly where you haven't stepped into your full power.
Where you still don't fully believe in your own worth.
Where you still think that love is something you get from the outside.
Instead of what you are.
Because love is not something you earn.
Love is what you are.
And when you truly,
Truly,
Truly start to realize that,
Everything changes.
You no longer need someone to complete you.
Because you already are whole and complete yourself.
The fear of rejection dissolves,
Because you no longer reject yourself.
You enter relationships as a whole fulfilled being.
Without dependence,
Fear or control.
Just in freedom and surrender.
Self-rejection is not who you are.
It's a learned pattern.
An old habit.
But you are not your pattern.
You are not your ego.
You are not your survival strategies.
What you really are is pure love.
You are made with love.
You are love.
You are whole and you have always been complete.
And now,
Now you get to return to that truth.
Now you get to see through the illusion.
Now you get to release the old story and choose something entirely new.
And it begins here,
With seeing,
Recognizing.
It begins here with coming home.
And for now,
Just ask yourself.
What moments in your life show where you are still rejecting yourself?
Where do you adapt?
Out of fear of being rejected.
And can you embrace yourself just as you are?
Within that.
This is the key to coming home to yourself.
It's not about fixing.
It's just about seeing and remembering.
And when you truly see and remember.
Who you really are.
You are free.
Because yes,
You are living in a hall of mirrors.
And when you look through those,
All you see is you.
And that is exactly what you came here to do.
To rediscover yourself.
Through the lens of being human.
To look through the eyes of your avatar and remember who you truly are.
You came here to awaken within that.
You came here to grow and expand.
Into who you already are.
With love and deep gratitude for the ego and the survival system,
By the way.
Because clearly it was so needed.
And now?
Now we get to choose again.
Wow.
And that's the real gift.
