Take a deep breath in,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax the muscles in your face,
Soften your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Relax the tension in your shoulders,
In your neck,
Your arms,
Your hands.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose.
And as you exhale,
Focus your attention on your heart center.
And from there,
Say from your heart,
I now ask,
Intend and choose to create a powerful sacred space.
This sacred space around my body is my own ball of light,
My own energy field,
My consciousness,
My human experience.
In this space,
I create my reality.
In this space,
I get to choose and decide.
And I now choose and decide that I want every cell of my body to be free,
To be free of all the old programming that does not serve me any longer.
I now choose to be free of the lower frequencies that are not in alignment with my own divine core frequencies,
That are not in alignment with who I really am.
And I now ask,
Intend and choose to let go and to bring my own unique energy through.
The energy of my divine blueprint and the energy of Source,
My divine creator.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I focus on my energy field,
My own sacred space,
A ball of light all around me,
Seven to eight feet all around me.
And I now ask and intend to expand this energy field,
To let it grow,
To expand,
To expand,
To expand until it covers the entire earth.
My energy field is filled with the energy of love,
Of trust and perfect alignment with Creator's energy.
I am watching the energy expand and expand more and more.
This energy of love,
Trust and perfect alignment with the energy of Source is now expanding more and more.
And it is covering the entire collective consciousness of humanity.
It is merged with the earth grid.
And I now just imagine,
I just intend that the entire planet,
The earth and the earth plane are completely covered in a soft blue light.
This blue light is so very healing,
So very clearing,
Calming and soothing.
This energy is the energy that helps me shift my frequency and perception regarding finding out my purpose,
Why have I chosen this shape this time around.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I now imagine that above the earth is this soft blue light.
I imagine that the entire earth is now absorbing this soft blue light.
I just imagine,
Visualize,
Intend every human alive on the earth right now is absorbing this same energy.
This soft,
Gentle,
Pure blue light.
Source energy.
This is the energy that clears the confusion about why am I here?
What am I doing here?
What is my purpose?
And what is the purpose of the human form in the first place?
It clears all the confusion about our human form.
It clears all the confusion about our purpose.
And as this light touches every human on the planet,
All the confusion,
All the askings are just evaporating.
I now imagine everyone on the planet is absorbing this pure,
Clean,
Clear blue light.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I just keep imagining every human slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly absorbing this light.
As am I.
Every cell in my own body is absorbing this light.
It is all around me and it is flowing into my body.
Entering my skin.
Filling my skin.
Filling all my muscles,
My organs.
And as I am slowly absorbing this light,
Every human on this planet is.
Wherever they may be on the surface of the earth,
They are all absorbing this light.
And I now imagine,
I visualize,
I intend that the earth herself is also absorbing this soft blue light.
This energy feels very calming,
Very soothing,
Very quieting.
The earth herself so longs for this energy.
She is absorbing it.
She's quieting down.
She's being soothed.
She's being calmed down.
And she,
The earth,
Is now completely filled with this energy.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I feel,
I see,
I sense,
This is the time to just quiet down.
This is the time to quiet down and to feel the energy of calmness,
Of peace,
Of trust.
This is the time for me to just relax.
This is the time for me to just quiet down.
And it is the time for me also to allow the deep,
Deep knowing within that I am here for a reason and that I will live my purpose.
It simply cannot be otherwise.
I know it.
I feel it.
And I don't need to know anything more than that right now.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I know I feel.
I trust.
I surrender.
And I deeply,
Deeply know within every cell of my body,
All is well.
Everything is in perfect order.
I am here for a reason.
I am guided every day.
All of my experiences matter,
Count,
Contribute.
All I have to do is just be.
Be me.
Be my own unique frequency.
And hold my connection to source.
That is my purpose.
And everything else takes care of itself,
By itself.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I am going to enjoy this human experience to the max.
I am going to have fun being here.
This time around.
Knowing.
Deeply knowing that I am guided.
Connected.
Protected.
And that I am having fun being here in this human shape.
And so it is.
