This meditation (also referred to as a ‘prayer,’ in which you consciously direct your energy through intentional asking and intending) supports the restoration of inner peace. Through conscious intention, fear and inner agitation soften. Your nervous system is invited to come back into harmony with your environment and with the larger field of the Universe. You gently return to a state of calm presence, where your body and mind can settle and relax. Peace becomes something you return to. There is nothing to fix, chase, or control. It is all within you. Here. Now. As you rest in this alignment, your system begins to reorganize naturally. You feel clearer, calmer, and more supported by the greater field of life. And so it is.
