Our intentions today involve safety,
Security,
And abundance.
It would be a good idea to either sit up.

Whatever is comfortable for you.
And if you would like to place your hands over your root chakra,
That's great as well to really connect with it.
We're going to start with a few deep breaths.
Inhale.

And exhale.
Let out a deep sigh.
Let's do it again,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Two more times,
Inhale.
Exhale.
One more time,
Inhale.
Exhale.
You can do this a few more times on your own.
And on your last deep inhale and exhale,
You're going to return to your natural breath.
No thoughts,
Just breathe regularly.
And it does help to put your hands over your root chakra or even your stomach to feel your breath and really connect with your body.
I am going to say a few affirmations and you can repeat these out loud or in your head or just listen to me say them.
I am safe and secure.
I release all fear and anxiety.
I invite abundance and prosperity into my life.
I am open to receiving abundance the universe has to offer.
I am worthy of wealth and prosperity.
Money flows to me with ease.
My life is overflowing with good things.
I can afford everything I want and need.
I release myself from living in survival mode.
I deserve good things.
I am protected and grounded.
So we're going to really inhale those words.
We're going to do deep breaths.
Inhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Sigh it out and release.
Inhale.
And exhale.
I'm gonna do it one more time.
Inhale.
And exhale.
You can do this a couple more times on your own if you need to.
When you've done that on your last exhale,
You're going to return back to your normal breath.
We're going to say a few of these affirmations a few more times.
