This meditation is designed to help cleanse your energy field and release any emotions you may have picked up from other people or places around you. As a sensitive being, it's easy to unknowingly absorb energy that doesn’t belong to you. Through visualization, intention and deep breathing, this gentle meditation will bring you home to yourself again. Expect to feel more grounded, energetically lighter and like YOU again.

Welcome to your Reiki Reset Meditation.

This meditation is designed to help cleanse your energy field and release any emotions you may have picked up from other people or places around you.

Start by finding a nice comfortable place to land,

Whether that's sitting or lying down in bed.

Feel the parts of you that are connected to the ground,

Chair,

Or bed.

Close your eyes and allow your body to fully relax.

Bring your awareness to your breathing.

Some nice inhales in,

And deep exhales out.

Air moving in,

And air moving out.

Nice full inhales.

Every inhale you allow your body to pull in really nice clean healing energy.

You can visualize or feel this energy traveling through your body,

Going to any place you might feel tension,

Any place you may feel stuck.

This energy travels to those places and fills in the space.

If you want to imagine that this energy you're breathing in has a color,

Or colors you can,

And whatever colors come to mind are exactly what your body needs at this time.

Allow this color to wrap around your entire body.

And with every exhale out of your mouth,

Allow your body to let go of any old energy,

Any stagnation.

Your body is asking for the release of any emotions that aren't yours,

Any thoughts that aren't yours,

Anything you might have picked up from your environment.

Inhaling in,

Allowing your body to settle in and relax even more.

Exhaling out,

Allowing for the release that no longer serves your highest and best good.

Allow for this energy to be released out of your physical body,

Out of your mental body,

Your emotional body,

And your spiritual body across all time and space.

You have nowhere else to be right now,

Nothing else to do except to just focus on your own health and healing.

Feeling your body grounded and your energy clear.

In your own time,

When you're ready,

There's no rush.

Open your eyes and bring your awareness back to the room.

Take any stretches you may need.
