If your mind won’t stop, this practice offers another way forward. You don’t need to stop thinking, you simply need to gently shift your attention. Rather than trying to think your way out of an overactive mind, this meditation guides your awareness downward: from the head, into the body, and toward the steady sensation of the ground beneath you. Through breath and body awareness, you’ll be invited out of mental overactivity and into the present moment. This practice is especially supportive during moments of racing thoughts, anxiety, overwhelm, or that wired-but-tired feeling that makes rest feel difficult. If you have access to grass or earth, you may choose to practice barefoot outdoors. This meditation has been infused with Reiki to support deeper relaxation, grounding, and a sense of calm. You don’t have to quiet your mind by force. Simply give your attention somewhere else to go, and allow yourself to arrive.
