Explore MeditationNicole Tracy began practicing yoga and meditation 20 years ago. Since then, she has explored the many variations of the asana practices including Ayengar, Ashtanga, Acro, Tantra, and Yin Yoga. She also studied the yamas and niyamas closely. Originally using yoga to keep her body flexible and in alignment after an accident, she has since deepend her yogic practice and received her Yoga Alliance Rys 200-Hr yoga teacher training from the School Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. During which, she explored and strengthened her understanding of the asanas in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga through using principles of the Peruvian Medicine Wheel. Recently, Nicole has started to incorporate sound healing into her offerings. Nicole's passion and desire is to give her students tools on and off the mat to not only heal and strengthen their bodies, but also their hearts and minds.
