I am not my mistakes.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I am forgiven.
I am not defined by my past.
I am capable of change.
Shame cannot control me anymore.
I will no longer allow myself to be a victim of shame.
I am not what people say about me.
I am not my failure.
I refuse to be controlled by guilt and shame.
My worth is not defined by others.
I define my own worth.
Others opinions of me do not define me.
What others think of me is none of my business.
I am worthy period.
I am enough.
I love and accept myself just as I am.
I deserve to be happy and healthy.
I am allowed to make mistakes.
It's okay not to be perfect.
I will no longer compare myself to others.
I will no longer allow myself to be defined by society's standards.
I am my own person.
I am beautiful just as I am.
I accept myself unconditionally.
I am worthy of love and respect no matter what.
I am forgiven.
I am getting clear on my emotions.

When I heal my shame,
I help heal the shame of my ancestors.
I let go of others' expectations of me.
