Many times, we feel guilt or shame in our lives based on our past missteps, attachments, or thinking you are not enough, but you are worthy and deserve to feel happy and healthy. This is your walking meditation focused on losing the guilt.

I am not my mistakes.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I am forgiven.

I am not defined by my past.

I am capable of change.

Shame cannot control me anymore.

I will no longer allow myself to be a victim of shame.

I am not what people say about me.

I am not my failure.

I refuse to be controlled by guilt and shame.

My worth is not defined by others.

I define my own worth.

Others opinions of me do not define me.

What others think of me is none of my business.

I am worthy period.

I am enough.

I love and accept myself just as I am.

I deserve to be happy and healthy.

I am allowed to make mistakes.

It's okay not to be perfect.

I will no longer compare myself to others.

I will no longer allow myself to be defined by society's standards.

I am my own person.

I am beautiful just as I am.

I accept myself unconditionally.

I am worthy of love and respect no matter what.

I am forgiven.

I am getting clear on my emotions.

I am choosing to release my shame now.

I have nothing to be ashamed of.

I am happy with who I am.

I am comfortable at my own skin.

I love myself just as I am.

I am allowed to be human.

I am capable of change and growth.

Shame has no power over me anymore.

From this day forward I choose to love and accept myself.

I am worthy of a life full of love and happiness.

I am strong enough to overcome anything.

I am not my mistakes.

I am learning and growing from them.

I release my shame.

When I heal my shame,

I help heal the shame of my ancestors.

I let go of others' expectations of me.

I embrace my strengths and weaknesses.

I breathe through this journey called life and I embrace who I am.

I am more powerful than the guilt that tries to bind me.

I am choosing to love myself and accept myself unconditionally.

I am on a journey of self-discovery and self-love.

I open myself up to love,

Forgiveness,

And healing.

When I forgive myself,

I make room for more love in my life.
