We have risen from the earth to the sky,
And now we reach the thousand-petaled gateway at the very top of the head.
This is our ritual for universal belonging,
An invitation to dissolve the boundaries and remember your union with the All.
There is a light that pours through you,
A celestial stream that connects the crown of your head to the infinite reaches of the stars.
Within you is a place where the individual self meets the collective soul,
A point of pure communion and absolute peace.
This is the medicine of the crown,
The final homecoming where the seeker and the sought become one.
The crown chakra is your connection to the divine architecture of existence.
It is the place where you realize that you have never been separate,
That the thread of your life is woven into the very fabric of the cosmos.
To open this center is to experience the grace of unity.
It is the moment the drop of water remembers it is also the vast,
Shimmering ocean.
Now,
Visualize yourself sitting at the center of a mountain peak,
So high that the clouds rest beneath your feet.
Above you,
The atmosphere thins until there is only the deep,
Violet black of the cosmos,
Pulsing with the light of a billion suns.
You are a vessel for this infinite expanse.
You are the temple and the sky is your roof.
Today,
We are inviting the violet light of the cosmos to wash through us,
Celebrating your nature as a radiant expression of the light that moves through all things.
Let's begin.
Lengthen the back of the neck.
Tuck the chin slightly to allow the crown of the head to point directly toward the heavens.
Take a slow,
Effortless inhale,
Imagining the breath is being drawn in through the very top of your head.
Hold for a heartbeat,
Feeling the top of the skull become light,
And then exhale,
Letting the breath cascade down your body like a waterfall of silver light.
Now,
Bring your awareness to the very top of your head.
Imagine a soft,
Thousand-petaled lotus made of violet silk beginning to unfurl toward the sun.
As you inhale,
Feel a sense of lightness rising through your entire body,
As if you are being gently lifted by a golden thread.
As you exhale,
Imagine a cascade of crystalline light pouring down from above,
Washing through the crown and saturating every cell of your being.
Take a few moments to do this now.
Now,
Gently reach your hands up,
Palms facing each other,
Just above the top of your head without touching.
Feel the subtle energy,
The heat or the tingle,
In the space between your palms and your crown.
This is the bridge of your belonging.
Feel the crown of your head become porous and open.
Imagine the boundary between your body and the air around you becoming soft and luminous.
Take a few moments to do this now.
You are part of the flow.
You are the light itself.
With every breath,
You are expanding into the silence,
The stillness,
And the joy of pure being.
Soften the jaw,
The eyes.
Let the weight of the earth below and the light of the sky above meet within you.
You are home.

You are infinite.
