Hey there.

You've been working hard,

Thinking hard,

Or maybe just doing a lot.

Let's hit pause for a few minutes.

Not because something's wrong,

But because your brain deserves a break.

This is your time to reset,

Recharge,

And feel a little lighter.

No pressure,

No stress,

Just a short imagination adventure to help you feel ready for whatever comes next.

You can close your eyes if that feels good,

Or just relax your gaze.

Let's start with a deep breath in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

One more inhale,

And exhale.

Now,

Let's go somewhere peaceful.

Imagine you're lying back on a soft,

Fluffy cloud.

It's not cold or wet.

This cloud is made just for you.

It supports your body perfectly.

You feel light.

The sun is warm above you,

But not too hot.

A gentle breeze flows past your face.

You look down,

And your cloud is slowly floating through the sky.

Below you are wide open fields,

Green trees,

And sparkling water.

You feel calm,

Safe,

And free.

You hear birds calling softly in the distance.

Maybe the breeze makes a soft whooshing sound as it passes.

Can you hear it?

Now,

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

What do you imagine you smell?

Maybe it's fresh air,

Flowers,

Or something sweet like warm vanilla.

Let your body feel soft and heavy on the cloud.

Your arms and legs feel loose.

Your shoulders drop.

Nothing to hold onto up here,

Just you,

The breeze,

And the sky.

If a thought pops into your mind,

That's okay.

You can imagine it floating by on its own little cloud.

You don't have to follow it,

Just wave and let it drift away.

Right now,

Your only job is to rest and reset.

Now,

Your cloud is slowly floating back towards the ground.

You're coming back with a little more lightness,

A little more calm.

Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes just a little.

Take a stretch if that feels good.

Now,

Take one more breath in and a long breath out.

You've just given your brain a real break.

Now,

You're ready to move on,

Calm,

Focused,

And refreshed.

You can come back to this cloud anytime.

Let's go.
