I'm really glad you're here.

Let's take a little break together,

Just a few minutes to slow down,

Breathe,

And focus on something really important.

Start by getting comfortable.

You can sit or lie down,

Whatever feels best.

Let your arms rest,

Let your face relax,

And if you feel okay with doing so,

Gently close your eyes.

If not,

Just soften your gaze and look down.

There's no right or wrong way to be here.

Now,

Let's take a deep breath in together,

Hold for a moment,

And slowly let it out.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply,

Hold,

And exhale all the way.

Let your breathing settle into a calm,

Natural rhythm.

No need to change anything,

Just let your body breathe on its own.

Now,

Imagine there's a little glowing light in the center of your chest.

This light represents your inner self,

Your heart,

Your hopes,

Your worth.

It might be the size of a pebble or a spark right now,

That's okay.

Every time you breathe,

This light grows a little brighter.
